Royal Cabinets Warranty

Royal Cabinets warrants its Covered Products to the Original consumer purchaser to be free from all defects in workmanship and material under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser, or escrow closing date on a new home, ("The Warranty Period"). "Covered Products" include cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, shelves, and accessories that are manufactured and sold by Royal Cabinets. Any accessories, or other products sold with or as a part of any Covered Product that were not manufactured and sold by Royal Cabinets are expressly excluded from the definition of "Covered Products" and NOT coverage by this limited warranty.

Royal Cabinets will repair or replace at our discretion defective Covered Products for the original consumer purchaser free of charge during the Warranty Period, so long as the original consumer purchaser contacts the Royal Cabinets distributor, retailer, or builder, (agent) within the Warranty Period in the manner outlined below. In Order to receive replacement of a product under the terms of this warranty; the original consumer purchaser must contact the (agent) in writing within the Warranty Period. The writing must include: (1) a description of the product: (2) The date and place of purchase of the product: (3) A complete description of the alleged defect; and (4) A request that the product be replaced. The writing should be directed to any authorized distributor of Royal Cabinets; preferable to the authorized Royal Cabinets distributor from whom the Covered Products were purchased. For the purposes of this limited warrant, the original consumer purchaser of Royal Cabinets Covered Products is deemed to have contacted the distributor within the Warranty period so long as the original consumer purchaser's writing to the agent is postmarked on or before the date that is one year from the date of the original purchase of the Covered Products or close of escrow by the original consumer purchaser.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and mayhave other rights which vary from state to state

The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper storage neglect, or improper installation (If installation is performed by a third party). Additionally, this warranty does not cover wear or deterioration that results from the natural aging of covered products, including expansion or contraction. Variations in the natural color and pattern of wood grains are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover discoloration such as lightening or darkening of Covered Products due to exposure of the Covered Products due to natural or artificial lighting. Age, lighting and exposure to the elements all have expected and natural effect on wood, and are not considered manufacturer's defects that are covered by this warranty.

Other than builder installed product, this warranty does not cover any expenses involved in removing, shipping, or reinstalling any Covered Products. Royal Cabinets will not assume or authorize any person to assume for us, any liability in connection with the sale of any Covered Products or any other Royal Cabinets products.

Royal Cabinets reserves the right to change design, specifications, and material as conditions require and as improvements are developed. The manufacturer has no obligation to incorporate such changes into products previously manufactured.

Royal Cabinets disclaims any other express warranty. Further, Royal Cabinets disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of a particular purpose, after the one-year Warranty Period of the express warranty expires. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty excludes any claim for incidental and/or consequential damages based on a breach of warranty or any other claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental damages, so that the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
